Put AI to work in your business.

Personal AI training for contractors and small business owners. Learn to turn the notes, quotes and conversations you already have into estimates, agreements, invoices and clear customer communication.

I’m Daniel Powell. I use AI in my construction business, and I help you apply it to the tasks that take up your day. We work with familiar examples, at a pace that gives you time to practice and ask questions.

The job ends. The paperwork keeps going.

You spend the day answering questions, coordinating work and making decisions. By evening, the details are scattered across text messages, photographs, emails and the notes on your phone. There are still quotes to compare, changes to document and customers waiting for a response.

You may have tried AI and received an answer that sounded polished but missed what mattered. Getting useful help takes context: the right documents, the decisions already made and a clear explanation of the result you need.

That is what we work on together. Choose a recurring task, bring the information behind it and learn how to turn it into something you can review, finish and use. As you practice, you build a repeatable way to handle the work.

Handle more of the administration while you’re in the field.

Start with the work already on your desk or waiting on your phone. You can learn to handle these tasks yourself or bring your team into the same process.

Capture the decisions before they get lost. Dictate the details of a site visit while they are fresh. Organize observations, customer requests, labor and materials into a daily report, an updated scope and a clear list of follow-ups. Keep those details together so you can use them when it is time to price the work or update the customer.

Make estimates and quotes easier to compare. Compare supplier quotes and subcontractor estimates side by side. See what is included, what is missing and which costs or delivery dates still need confirming. Use that information to build your estimate and prepare the questions you need answered.

Turn a change on site into a clear agreement. Start with the customer’s request, your notes and the relevant pricing. Prepare a contract or change order that explains the work, the price, the payment terms and what still needs to be agreed. Keep a clear record of what the customer approved.

Keep invoices and customer emails moving. Use completed work and job records to prepare an itemized invoice. Organize receipts, pick up an email conversation where it left off and prepare a clear response with the job details at hand. Make your final edits and send it when it is ready.

Work on a task you can use again next week.

Before we meet, tell me what you need to get done. We’ll choose a task and the notes, emails or documents to work with. It might be reviewing a quote, preparing a customer update or turning a site visit into a scope of work. You can start as a beginner or bring something you have already tried and want to improve.

During the session, we do the work together. You learn how to explain what you need, give AI the details that matter and guide the result. If it misses something or gets the wording wrong, we work through the correction so you know how to handle it next time.

You leave with the example we worked on and the instructions we used. Put them to work during the week. Follow-up coaching gives us time to answer the questions that come up, work through anything that stalled and take on another task.

I run a construction business. AI is part of how I run it.

The work doesn’t stop at the jobsite. Customers need answers, quotes need reviewing, changes need pricing and completed work needs invoicing. Those responsibilities compete for the same time you need to manage the job.

I use AI to help handle that work throughout the day. I can talk through a site visit and develop a scope of work, bring together quotes and project details for a contract, or prepare an invoice and the email that goes with it. The information from the job becomes something I can act on.

That is the experience I bring to our sessions. We start with something you need to get done and work through it together. You see how to move from a conversation, an email or a pile of notes to the document or answer you need, and learn how to do it again yourself.

The goal is to make AI useful enough that you reach for it during your working day, with the confidence to handle more of the business as things come up.

Start with a session. Build on it with practice.

Begin with individual instruction around a task from your business. Follow-up coaching gives you time to use what you have learned and return with questions from the work itself.

Starter Session

$299

2 hours · individual session

Bring a task you need to get done and work through it with me. Learn what to tell AI, which documents to give it and how to turn the first answer into something you can use.

We agree on the example before we meet. You leave with the work we prepared and the instructions to try again on your next job.

Coaching Pack

$499

3 × 60-minute follow-ups over one month

Continue after your Starter Session. The three sessions are spread over one month so you can put the process to work between meetings.

Bring back your results and questions. We review what worked, address what slowed you down and refine the instructions before moving into another task.

Bring the field and office into the same conversation.

Private company training is built around the work your team shares. A supervisor’s notes may become an estimator’s scope, an office invoice or a customer update. We work with examples your team recognizes and show how to carry the details from one step to the next.

Your team keeps the instructions and document formats developed during training, with a clear understanding of who checks and finishes the work. We agree on the session and price around your team and what you want to accomplish.

An introductory 90-minute in-person workshop is also in development. It follows one sample construction project through field notes, quote review, contract preparation and invoicing, with hands-on practice and time for questions. Dates, venue and workshop pricing have not been announced.

Bring the task that keeps getting put off.

You do not need a programming background. Start with a task you understand and a phone or computer you are comfortable using. Before we meet, we’ll agree on the example, the AI tool and what you should bring.

We’ll agree which job information to use and remove private customer details where needed. You stay in charge of the prices, agreements and messages that go out under your name.

Tell me what you do, where the paperwork gets held up and whether you want individual instruction or training for your team. We’ll use that conversation to choose a useful starting point.
